Pricing
Payment for all treatment is due in full at the time of consultation or on collection of any hospitalised animals or medications unless discussed with the Vet (direct claims).
For your convenience we do accept all major credit & debit card, as well as cash and Cheques.

We do not offer credit facilities and we cannot offer FREE pet-aid as we are not a PDSA practice.

 

Pet Insurance
We encourage all of our clients to take out pet insurance for peace of mind.

We do not make a commission on selling insurance, but the satisfaction we get from insured clients is that cost rarely becomes a problem and that your pet gets the BEST care possible. We have chosen to only promote PET PLAN insurance. There are many reasons for this which you can find in our article - CLICK HERE PetPlan also provides the first 2 months of cover free.

The practice policy on insurance is that unless the bill is very large, owners are requested to pay for the bill and then claim back from the insurers themselves. If an extremely large claim is made then a direct claim from the practice to the insurance company is a possibility, although each case needs to be discussed with the vet. Pet Plan claim forms are available at both our surgeries.

However, it is the responsibility of the client to settle the vet bill and claim from the insurance company. Please note that Referral centres will not allow direct claims most of the times.
